Three Utah Athletic Administrators Recognized by NIAAA at July Meeting

The following Utah High School Athletic Administrators were recognized during the NIAAA July Meetings:

Congratulations to Jamie Sheetz, CMAA, from Park City High School on the recent news that he will be awarded an NIAAA Distinguished Service Award at the December NIAAA conference in San Antonio.
Congratulations to Ron Dolphin, CAA, from Grand County High School on his recent selection to serve on the NIAAA Hall of Fame committee.
Congratulations to Rich Barton, CMAA, from Richfield High School on being selected to serve as the Operations committee chair for the NIAAA’s upcoming 5th Strategic Plan.

As an athletic administrator, one of the first things you’re going to realize is that life can be frustrating. But you don’t have to suffer those occasions as long as you understand the dynamics behind them. That being said, you need to develop an approach for dealing with the frustrations.
