The 2025 UIAAA 45th State Athletic Directors Conference
The Utah Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association is excited to once again bring the State Conference to St. George, Utah. The dates for this year’s conference are April 9th to April 12th. The 45th annual conference will host over 340 athletic administrators, spouses, guests and exhibitors. All Athletic Directors, Principals, Assistant Principals, and Athletic Administrators with responsibilities for athletics and activities are invited and encouraged to attend. The UIAAA is also offering LTC Classes before the beginning of the conference. This information coming soon.
This year’s conference will be paperless. The QR code on your name badge will be your ticket to the luncheon and dinner as well as the conference gift. Voting will also be online for the UIAAA President Elect. The documents normally in your registration packet will be emailed to each attendee. There will be limited hard copies of the Agenda and the Luncheon and Dinner programs.
Conference Site – The conference will be held at the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn, 1129 South Bluff St., St. George, Utah, 84770. The Abbey has one of the largest convention areas in St. George.
Program Highlights – The UIAAA and its Athletic Directors Executive Committee are pleased to present an outstanding cast of featured speakers this year, along with a wide variety of workshop topics.
Six Leadership Training Courses will be offered on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning before the official beginning of the conference. The cost for each course is $93, the lowest cost for an LTI course at the conference in 15 years. Because of the UIAAA Business Partners support, the UIAAA has lowered the cost of LTI courses at the conference. Program Format and CHANGES for this Year’s Conference – The UIAAA is continuing the capability to pay for your conference registration online with a credit card, as an option. As has been the process since 1980, your registration may also be paid for by check. Registration online (no paper) has been the process since 2013. The 2025 conference registration will be handled electronically online, and registration is complete when a check paying for your registration is received by the UIAAA or you choose the credit card method.
