UIAAA Accepting Applications for Executive Director

The UIAAA is accepting applications for the following position until Friday, February 10th. Applications MUST be submitted electronically via email to utahiaaa@gmail.com.

Executive Director
This position shall be appointed by the Board of Directors with full duties beginning July 1, 2024.

Duties:
1. Shall oversee all members of the Board of Directors
2. Chief financial officer and assist in creating and managing the budget.
3. Shall represent the UIAAA at the UHSAA Executive Committee meetings.
4. Review and update POP Manual following the June Board of Directors meeting.
5. Review minutes of all ADEC and Board of Directors meetings.
6. Shall serve as an advisor to the President.
7. Shall oversee collection and input of Student Scholarship application materials.
8. Shall oversee and ratify Director’s Cup Award.
9. Shall collect and pay all membership dues for members for the UIAAA and NIAAA.
10. Shall coordinate and organize travel for board members to Section 7 meeting and State Coordinators Summit.
11. Shall attend NEDC annual meeting.

* Candidate should be a Certified Test Administrator (CTA) and must have minimum of CAA certification, CMAA certification preferred.

The mission of the Utah Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association is to develop, promote and preserve the educational values of interscholastic athletics. To serve its members, the UIAAA offers resources, professional development and leadership training. The intent of this Association is to maintain and improve partnerships with the Utah High School Activities Association, National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association, businesses and other professional organizations. Furthermore, the UIAAA seeks to instill the highest ideals of ethical character while serving the athletic community.
